I have a WordPress website with a customized, responsive theme (full-size, tablet and mobile). I need this theme to be converted into a static, responsive HTML template in 3 variations: Homepage, Post page and Full-width. No content migration or insertion is required. Dynamic elements like slideshows, lightboxes and other php functions just need to be replaced with image placeholders, only HTML and CSS is required for this project. No JS is required. The timeline given is 2 weeks.
