Create forms that allow users to post to database and to manage (edit and delete) their posts. User should be restricted to posting only in their chosen city/town. I want to make the process a game. Users will receive prizes for the most posts. Administrator should be able to see how many posts each user (in each town) posts to see who has the most posts each period (week, month...). Users should lose value for each incorrect post. (Gain one point for each correct post and lose one point for each incorrect post.)
