On our site we sell properties to investors. Some of our investors like to be able to print out the property information or save it to their computer. Right now when they do that it does not look very pretty. I think the ideal situation is to allow them to download a PDF document that it automatically generated when they click download. The site is on WordPress and the properties are using Advanced Custom Fields plugin. Here is the site [login to view URL] See attached. I would say a mix between these two documents. I would like a cover page, then the property info like it is displayed on the website, with the financial metrics shown, then description, then photos, then scope of work, then blank contract. I will get you a blank contract and scope of work for examples.
