Create a Wordpress Template

We have had several developers work on our site at different points. [login to view URL] Right now there are 2 overarching things but with the second being a lot of random fixes and features that we were quoted should take 1-3 hours each... each can be tackled one step at a time, but it would be nice to find one person to tackle all, since they are a lot of small to medium-sized things. I would like to find someone who has an hourly rate that is reasonable and we together can knock out one thing after another. The #1 thing below is the only thing that is super pressing and needs to get done ASAP. 1. Migration. I want to migrate from staging to live site TODAY or TOMORROW. There are kinks in the system that I need help with to make this happen, so I need someone able to help with that ASAP. 2. After that, there are some fixes and features that I was hoping to role into this update but unfortunately the previous developer is unreliable. a. One is a custom video embed feature for pages. I can give mock-ups and description of what I have in mind. b. Hiding certain posts isn't quite working. We use the Groups plugin, along with a faceted search. c. We have had issues with the faceted search. We now have it working correctly on one page, but we have the OLD faceted search running on archive pages (along with no pagination). We need a fix for this. d. We want a log-in redirect for certain types of users. e. We use the SearchWP plugin and have issues with things not showing properly on this. First, diagnose the issue, then suggest and implement changes, even if that means changing the search we use. We have a budget, so basically just want to see what we can get accomplished until we run out of the budget. I need someone who can jump right in and is knowledgeable enough to diagnose and fix everything above.
