Custom Code an Online Quiz

I need a quiz created. Ideally, I would like the user to push a button on a page on my website and have the quiz pop-up in a window (similar to what happens at [login to view URL]) A running total for A, B, & C should be kept. A represents the first answer for each question, B represents the second answer for each question and C represents the third answer for each question. For some answers, no points will be awarded. Whichever has the highest total at the end (A, B or C), it should direct to that AWeber Opt-in form (A, B, or C). If there is a tie, the user should be directed to one of the opt-in forms that is included in the tie (doesn't matter which one). If all numbers are zero, it should redirect the D Aweber form. I will provide you with the Aweber form code. You can take a look at the [login to view URL] for an example of this… based on the users answers, it will direct to a specific optin form. This is my quiz so you are free to use the code from it if it would help you. When the user selects an answer it should immediately advance to the next question. Here are the multiple choice questions that need to be asked (one per page): My take on goals is: * The bigger and crazier, the better.
