Artists/Bands Management Website

I would like to integrate PHP programs within a website, a banner program a news program a band management program and artist photos program. I would like to build a online music magazine where writers (Street Team) submit material of their local areas (via the publisher program) and also able to feature the bands/artists that have been submitted via band management program . Both scripts are php and have great documentation on code variables for custom results. A forum would also be nice to intergrate within the navi bars. I will need templates and graphics and How to install text file. Programming must be well documented so any future development can be done by any other programmer.
