A merge of two websites and their databases

I have this website [[login to view URL]][1] (have a classic asp and a classic access database) and also another website [[login to view URL]][2] (have a classic asp and classic database) and [[login to view URL]][3] 1- i want to merge both databases and both statci pages in one new design with a full controlable backoffice for administration and multi user administration. 2- this merge will be in a new design and SEO for both websites 3- [login to view URL] will be the main website (directory) and [login to view URL] will have the hotels data and reservations and there will be [login to view URL] that will have tour programs and the forum. I need to know how that will cost with/without the design of the websites (same layout for all) Please consider after a while i'll need a language expantion so i'll need this option to be available when constructing this project ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
