Article Strongest Encryption Algorithm

We need an expert article written on the differences between popular encryption algorithms; Rijndael, Blowfish, Twofish, DES, TripleDES, RC2, RC4. The article will explain which encryption algorithm(s) is the strongest and why. It will also indicate which algorithms are considered as cracked.
