CakePHP MySQL Live System needs Edits

Live CakePHP/MySQL system needs changes. Full source code is available. 1. User record already has an entry for terms & conditions acceptance. Create admin view to edit that to make it false as and when needed and force users to accept new T&C prior to gaining access to anything in the system. Users can sign up either directly or via facebook connect. Direct users can only sign up after accepting T&C, so that's good for sign up, however facebook connect users should have the T&C entry set to false by default and should be forced to accept upon first login after sign up. 2. IP address is already captured from sign up. Map this to Country and display the country code and country flag in admin view of the user. Additionally, the user profile currently does not show the country (there is no entry for country in the DB, however IP is capture and is available as an entry as described above), create one and allow admin to change setting to display country flag/country in the user profile view. Also, allow User to edit profile to input address (including country) and map the entered country with the sign up IP and login IP and alert if different. 3. There is already code to deactivate user, make it more easy via admin view. 4. Change admin view to allow for additional queries from database. Most entries are already live and functional, additional views are necessary regarding Users and other components. An example of this is to just query users belonging to a specific country and email them (mass email functionality is already live, but to all active users), or email users with join date between 2 selected entries etc. 5. PayPal is a mode of payment (for buy and sell) live within the system. Add 4 additional ones - AlertPay, MoneyBookers, 2CO and Credit Card 6. A Task as submitted within the system automatically is approved and is live, make it so admin has to review and approve before it is live. 7. The Task entry form can be improved with a few simple changes such as prevent multiple submits, validate form entries even more (there is several already in place) 8. We plan to use Imnicamail for email marketing. Imnicamail provides API to connect to MySQL DB so new users when added to DB also get added to Imnicamail. Incorporate the API to read off the DB with all fields mapping. ## Deliverables This is the first Phase of a 3 phase edit plan. If you successfully and satisfactorily deliver on the project, you will be directly considered for the subsequent phases. Source code, as necessary, will be provided. Testing will be done by me with the delivered code and final acceptance will only be made after successful testing in the live system that is currently operational. Please provide examples of other systems (that are CakePHP/MySQL based) that you have successfully delivered and completed. Be prepared to also provide a reference, if possible.
