We understa Project details The customer send a message in the format KYD branchname to shortcode (branch name can be AGEAG,etc) Gateway forward the message to our website. Our website finds the staff belonging to branch with BRANCHNAME = branchname Our website returns the name and phno of 5 staff whose status are whose status is availabe (to the gateway) Gateway forwrds the message to the pho no of customer frm where the orignial message came from Staff can change their status by sending message KYD A (cHahge status to availabe) KYD NA (change status to not available) Admin panel Only admin can add/delete/edit staff.
