Auction Website

I'm looking for someone to build me an auction website like flippa or websitebroker I don't want it to be a clone - just similar. The website is for people to buy/sell websites online. SELLING: For using my service, I will charge for the initial listing. The seller MUST pay before their website is listed. After the website is listed and sells, I wont charge another fee. Like Flippa, when the client is listing the website for sale, I want them to have the option to 'Upload Attachments from Google Analytics' which will be processed and added to their listing ASAP. Also, they should have an option to upload any pictures for proof of ownership etc. There should also be a feature for clients to report a problem e.g Non-paying winner. I would like a F.A.Q & T&C's page - I will fill these out. When submitting a listing, the seller is agreeing to the T&C's. BUYING: There should be a system in place where anyone can sign up to the website (CAPTCHA maybe?) and bid on a website. Underneath the listing there should be an option for buyers to COMMENT and sellers can reply via COMMENT. There should also be a private message functionality too. As a typical auction website. You should be able to sort listings by: Oldest to newest, newest to oldest, price - high to low, low to high etc. I aslo want a filter where you can filter the websites being sold by: revenue per month, so $100+, $200+, $500+, $2000+ And visitors per month and via domain name e.g .com, .net etc I'd like you to leave space so that I can add a company logo in the top left of the site. Finally, I'd like the auction site to have a link somewhere by the bottom of the page to the official wordpress blog. A twitter and facebook likes link. I'll fill these all in once the site is done. So I need a web designer/programmer to build me a functional website where this is possible. I understand this is quite alot of work. But I'm looking to get this done as cheap, but as professional as possible. I don't expect the site to make alot of money, especially in the early days, and I don't intend to charge much to sell websites.
