Booking Availability Checker

Hey i would like to know if you can help me with something. Let me explain. When a customer of mine wants to book a property, first he calls me to know if i have available the property for the dates he need. Then i register his phone and i hang up him. Then i chat throw gmail chat with my provider and do something and confirm the availability or suggest other dates for the same property. Then i call again to my customer, if he is ok with new dates, then i charge him the cost throw my credit card terminal, and i hang up him. Then i chat again with my provider and confirm the booking throw gmail, then i read booking is done. But i want to automatize that. I've a travel website made in php where i set availabilities for properties manually in admin panel, which affects database. So i thinked about how to automate this, in the next way: The flow to book is the next: First users select dates for book, then search button is pressed and all our resorts appear. If he press "see rooms" for a resort in search results, then it's showed all room types he can select, with the availability of each one. Then he select there how many rooms he want, and then press book now. The he goes to details page where he can see more information and confirm his selection, and proceed to checkout. User can see hotel details without select any room and there select how many rooms he needs, in the same way. First approach to solve this is to create a widget (maybe a chrome extension) which my provider could install in his machine, because i don't know his operating system he use: 1. My site sends a webservices request to "Avalability Checker", and in browser of my customer appears something like this: [login to view URL] 2. After provider confirms, all the information confirmed go in the call back of the webservices, so it's shown to the customer which finish the process and pays, and confirmation of this payment is sent to his mail. 3. When our site receive payment confirmation my provider receives the order in the app, something like this: [login to view URL] And after provider confirms the booking, our app receives the call back with the confirmation, and send a second email to the customer to inform him property owner has accepted their booking. If any problem, we process a devolution with paypal (if it was with paypal) or let us know throw email in other case. ________ I have a max budget of $100 usd.
