Code Refresh Methods

We are running OpenAds 2.3 for our AdServer. We have many options for displaying banners and one of them involves rotating banners every 15 Seconds using an "Iframe" refresh method. This annoys customers with Internet Explorer 7 because it makes a click noise every 15 seconds. This one is one of the best around and it had been serving our needs for many years. Don't bid and try to suggest another ad server solution or system. We want a fix for this system. We we want a way to use our "OpenAds" software and rotate the banners without the click noise.... That Simple! I know there must be a way to use another peice of code to refresh the Javascript code that is generated by our adserver, if we could refresh it we could rotate silently! Any Ideas?
