Combine two PHP/JS/XML/Linux open souce projects

We need to modify and combine two open source projects, with the goal of integrating them into a dashboard application: 1) SSL Bridge, a ajax-y interface to the SAMBA file serving software. 2) Kae's File Manager AND/OR Relay. Why "AND/OR"? Well, there are things we like from Relay and things we like from KFM. We can't seem to decide. Be the voice of reason, or go crazy and lets mash this up. Proven track record with web apps based on Javascript controlled interfaces, aka (*buzzword alarm*) AJAX is probably a must. Project must be ready in the next two weeks at most. Hey, this aint your code to begin with! We would like to use our current CSS, with any needed modifications performed. Additionally, we have a graphic look, and you must be able to communicate effectively and in a timely manner any such needs you need fullfilled. So please only serious requests. Guarantee requested. :D ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
