Create a simple expert system website - repost

2 day completion to the front of the line! I will only review bids with a milestone of 20%! I need some one to create me a very simple webpage example of a Expert System (using a database model that acts like a binary decision tree. You do not need to actually use the decision tree algorithm, but it should act like it at least at least. See attached PDF files. I have included an example data dictionary (that did not work for me) - I also included an example binary decision tree.. The site does not have to be fancy (I do not expect CSS, graphics, etc - but if you wanna add them, thats great). It needs to just have the correct data model and functionality. I am looking to create a very simple virtual IT consultant example Problem -->Questions ---> Solution If you are the winning bid, you need to create it on your own machine, and send me the demo link to test it. If I approve of it, then you send me the html, PHP, and mySQL Script files. Here is how I envision the user (This is NOT a standard help desk support system with a telephone operator). This is a Virtual assistant! A User enters one or more keywords . From these keywords, a number of problems (modules) are listed. as the user is entering keywords. The list is dynamically changing. User double clicks a Module from list, or clicks start button and the decision tree process starts. User traverses the tree (yes/no questions) until they reach a solution. Note: A solution has a memo of text, but it can also have 0 or more media types (Video, Audio, etc.) with an Url to each. Again, a problem (module) can have 1 or more keywords. Who has the skill to show me a very simple example. It only needs to include 2 sample IT modules (problems) I have included my attempt at a data dictionary, but it does not work.
