We need a customized photo rating site, similar to hot or not but with specific features. Here are the features. - Create profile (very simple 4 or 5 input fields to create account, very basic) - Upload Pictures (Regeistered Users Only) - Send messages to other Users (Regeistered Users Only) - Leave Comments (Public) - Add user to favorites (Regeistered Users Only) - Email user profile to a friend (Public) - Admin Backend. - Banner admin - Delete users/ pics/ general admin features. Notes. I have all the pages already layed out in xhtml/css. i will hand these files over to you and you just add the functionality. I need this done fairly quickly and am ready to move on it. ps. I;m sure there are other minor features that you will in the screens i send you.
