Customisation of social network platform

We are building a site based on the open-source social-networking Elgg platform.? We are now looking for a developer or team to perform the following tasks. > *Customise the theme and layouts to our specification.? Page mockups and menu behaviour have already been mocked-up and need to be implemented in CSS and Javascript within the Elgg platform > *Expand and customise the number of database fields available within an individual’s profile.? This will include flags for levels of premium membership.? There will also be some extension of the groups profile function so that institutions can have homepages and groups to a specific template > *Incorporate news applications.? There will be two applications; an editorial news section which will require its own simple CMS for editors and moderators to introduce news items and links.? The second news app is a Digg / Pligg style news voting system where the community can suggest items and links, then vote up or down. > *Incorporate Amazon affiliate and Google Adsense functionality > *Develop a simple “question-and-answer?? forum? > ? > > Additional features will probably be coded with PHP and Drupal. This task is the first of a number of stages of the development of our site and we are hoping to be able to build a relationship with a developer to work together in the future.
