I am in need of somewhat robust web order form to be built into an existing custom PHP/MYSQL cms. This form will be shown all on one page - and will calculate product costs and discounts based on values stored in a database. When the database values are edited the new prices on the form shall reflect these changes. I would also like the prices and values displayed to the end user on the form to update in real time via ajax (or javascript if you prefer). Either way, my ultimate desired effect is to have a price auto calculate in real time as you use the form. I'm a web developer myself so I already have the architecture of the project layed out. I will also supply you with spreadsheets detailing price lists and discounts. As well as answer any further questions you may have during [login to view URL] will need to pull data from approximately 6 or 7 mysql tables and calculate accordingly. I simply just need you to build it, not design it. The results will be emailed and stored into a database. Any other questions please ask.
