add 10 Wordpress customizations

I need somebody to work fast to add 10 customizations to wordpress site. I do not require cool design, just a functional customizations: 1. Add textarea and button in Admin panel only for a menu page, when button is clicked it will save the value from textarea to database. I will pay $15 2. Add a theme function which will check if user is allowed to post or not new item in front end site, function will check the value(1) which is between 0 %- 100%, if value is 100% than user can post new item, if not then we will show a custom message to user I will pay $30 3. Add a landing page to front end of site, from where user can post new item (design not importan, but functionality is important) I will pay $20 4. Integrate site with my paypal solution, paypal direct payment (PRO), so when user is registered we will automatically request credit card verification, and automatically activate monthly subscription, first month is FREE. I have paypal account, you will use paypal API. Add Option in admin panel to enable or disable subscription for user. I will pay $50 5. Add second Fee, which site will take that fee when user accept a site service when it click on button. This Fee should be functional so payment is taken from user credit card or paypal account instantly, and email will be sent to notice the user. I will pay $50 6. Add a functionality which is to be added to other type of users, which must be limited in action, so user cannot do that action more times if limit is reached. I will pay $20 7. Create a option where user can submit a letter using a template available from site, which admin can add in back end. I will pay $25 8. When user will change their account details and other of their details, then their profile need to be approved by admin, if it is not approved then user cannot use some website features, and during approval time user also cannot use same features. I will pay $25 9. Add a public and private notification area in front end for users, where admin will enter some text message from back end and if message is public then it will show to all users, if it is private then only to that user. I will pay $30 10. Add some more options in user account for those two types of users, different options for them, we will discuss this later. I will pay ~$40 If you will complete this project well, then i will give you more work for that wordpress site, and for my other sites, I want to use you in future as well if we have a good relationship. I will make each payment as milestone, and I will release all milestones after all 10 customizations are made, because I do not want to waste time with somebody who will abort this project at middle stage, so if you complete all 10 changes, I will pay you and you will get more projects from me for wordpress sites..
