auto rental reservation site needed

I need a basic car rental booking site with pickup and drop off location options. Please see attached for functionality requirements. In addition to the reservation pages, the site will be approx. 4-6 pages. No payment modules needed. This will only send the admin and user a detailed email including the pickup/dropoff locations, times, user information, etc. (everything that was filled out during the reservation process) - no payments to be made. User do not need to be registered in order to book a vehicle. However they create an account automatically when they do make a reservation. Users should be able to see their history when they log in as well as be able to edit their personal details, their rental times/locations/vehicles, and cancel their order. Admin panel required to block selected dates on any vehicle. Add vehicles w/images and description, rates, etc. This needs to be completed within 10 days at the most. No exceptions. budget $200
