FLOW CHART CUSTOMER SIDE: 1) Customer Pays the $9.95 to list his load, after all his trip/cargo information is entered, before the customer hits the submit button and load gets listed on the LOAD BOARD. This is where the customer fills in the blanks, which gets sent to the Bill of Lading form. See example here: <[login to view URL]> this will be a form is on website that gets filled out as each step is completed. 2) The Customers LOAD is NOW ACTIVE ON THE "LISTING BOARD" 3) Truck Driver (Carriers) see the load and accepts the price ($ amount) to move the cargo 4) Customer is notified that a Carrier has PLACE A bid on his LOAD, and customer logs in to [[login to view URL]][4] to review the Carriers background/feedback and accepts his offer. AT THIS TIME, THE LOAD is removed from the LOAD BOARD. 5) Bill of Lading is now completed. 6) Carrier shows up at pickup point and A) gets the load onto his truck and B) gets the Bill of Lading at this time. 7) Carrier drops off load at destination and is PAID on the SPOT (COD). 8) Customer leaves positive feedback at this time. \---|--ADDED OCT 16 2011
