App that creates shipping orders from MySQL database

Please only bid if you: - you are absolutely sure that you can do this project (you can ask me for more details on the project) - you can provide fast and good communication - your English is good - you can work on this fulltime - you can start immediately DESCRIPTION We need a stand alone webbased PHP application that can take information from a database and creates a shipping order and a shipping label from it. Orders from our webshop are stored in a webbased task management system (PHP). Each task is an order. We need an app that takes several data from a task in the task management system and create a shipping order of it. Our shipper has an API available for this. All data are stored in one description field in the task management system. So there are no separate text fields. The data in the description field have a strict format so it should be possible to retrieve the data. There are several options that need to be built into the app, including: - create return and swap orders - convert certain data from the task description field to the correct format for the shipper API - convert a tag of the task to the number of packages in the shipping order - create a PDF document that can be printed as shipping label with custom data - manually enter shipping orders - change orders after submission Additionally, the app should add the email address of the customer to a separate webbased list that sends the email address after X days to an external rating service that invites the customer to review us. We need to be able to change/delete/add email addresses on the list manually, and also we'd like to be able to see when the order has been delivered to the customer (this information can be retrieved from the shipper).
