Coupon Website- IMMEDIATE HIRING!

I need a coupon website made with the following features in the backend. This MUST be done within 2 weeks. NO EXCEPTIONS! You must use the theme I bought from theme forest... You will be creating a ADMIN panel where I can add merchants, coupons, and users manually. USER panel for people to store coupons they like for printing and saving merchants. MERCHANT panel where store owners can upload their own coupons WITHOUT admin approval. SUBSCRIPTION page on the site where merchants can buy a ad campaign and then be AUTOMATICALLY given a set of logins to access their own control panel and upload their coupon and store info. The front-end of the site should list categories (2 tired), and city, state. Then the site should show a glimpse of the coupon deals. When a user clicks on a mini coupon deal, they should go to groupon STYLE page with the merchant's store info (address, phone, website, directions), and google map, and the coupon savings, like/dislike buttons, Images of the product service, and a button to popup a modal box to print the coupon or grab a QR code. The user should have OPTIONAL account creation. You MUST integrate [login to view URL] into the software for the subscription page. If you already have a software VALID LEGITIMATE license for a coupon software you can modify for the project you can use it!! This does not have to be a custom job. But NO TORRENT software can be used!!! I will check. Here's the list of ALL the features I need in this site/software. Please note: This project will pay $500 ONLY.
