Creating CMS listing system

Please Note: I have posted this project before but it was put on hold because the client had not yet signed off on mockups. ********************************************************************************************************************************************* This project is for the listing system ONLY and does not include a main Website. An existing Website will be linked to this project so the visitor can switch back and forth. Attached are 2 images with mockups for the main page and detail page. The concept for the main page (from which all listings can be accessed) is based on: [login to view URL][location]=&search[price_min]=200000&search[price_max]=300000&search[bedrooms]=2%2B&search[bathrooms]= ------------------------------------------ - Listing main page: - Google map displaying all listings on one map (see mockup: [login to view URL]). - The markers need to reflect: - Open House - New / Just Listed (this can be turned on and off in the database) - Just Sold (this can be turned on and off in the database) *** There are 2 categories for a Sold listing: "Just Sold" and "Sold". Only "Just Sold" will be displayed on the main Google map. Both Sold and Just Sold are displayed under the Sold category to the right of the map. Sold listings are sorted by date so the most recent sold listing is always displayed at the top. - On hover, needs to display thumbnail and basic info. When clicked, needs to connect to full listing info (see mockup) - Listing details in pop-up include Open House, Caption, photo, Address, Area, Price, # Bedrooms, Area - All listings are displayed to the right of the map. 2 categories: For Sale and Sold (most recent sold is always at the top) - Photos have [login to view URL] across them similar to mockup - Listing Details: - Every listing could potentially have 3 links displayed as icons: Virtual tour (external URL), Listing sheet (PDF), Plot Plan (PDF). - Google map for each individual listing accessed via a tab. - Optional Open House and/or Caption - Caption and details for open house are entered manually - Ability to temporarily hide a listing that has been taken off the market but may be added again at a later point. - Listing photos (30 max) to display as thumbnails. When clicked, displays a large version that automatically rotates through all available photos (slideshow). When added to a listing, I require ability to re-order, add and/or delete. - Feedback form on each listing consisting of Name, Email, Phone + Question that a visitor can fill out. The listing address the form was sent from needs to be automatically embedded on the form so it does not have to be filled out by the visitor. The form is sent to the email address the listing belongs to ^^^^^ Potential upgrade to Mobile version (please provide separate quote - do not include in this project) ------------------------------------------ !!!
