SCOPE: I’m looking to update the admin control panel of an existing site. The website is development on PHP/AJAX/JavaScript/MySQL. You will have access to a test site for development. The project is to modify Google Map integration to the existing real estate site. Currently the site automatically maps properties based on its address. I would like to create an interface that allows the SysAdmin to manually pin the property to the map. The new interface should conform to the existing template. NOTE: Developer should have knowledge of PHP/AJAX/ JavaScript /MySQL/CSS. During the selection process, I will provide full requirements to qualified developers. This will allow you to fully understand the scope and determine if there are any issues. DESIGN CONCEPT: Follow existing design template. HOSTING: Hosting is on [login to view URL] PAYMENT STRUCTURE: Money will be Milestone and release upon the following: 30% - upon completion and approval of development 70% - upon successful final UAT and final delivery of all source codes and files This payment structure is a pay as you go method and will reduce risk for the developer and ensure progress for myself. COMMUNICATION: I require someone who will actively communicate with me and update me throughout the project. TERMINATION: This project will be terminated if I feel the development and/or communication process has stalled. If there is an issue, identify it and let me know. I need to turn in a status report as well. OWNERSHIP: Upon full payment, full worldwide ownership of the software/application will transfer to me. TO BID: Please submit bid with example of past work in related work/experience. If you have demos, I will review them. I’d like to see examples of front and back--end work. Your bid will not be considered without any supporting work. Submitting a proposal of what you plan to do will greatly enhance your chances of winning. It does not have to be formal. Hello, I'm highly interested by your project since I have been using PHP/MySQL and Javascript for more than 7 years now and this the skills you require for this project. I have also worked a lot with the Google Maps API as you can see in my previous work on Freelancer. Concerning the project, as I can see, it requires the following : - changing the database to add the latitude longitude coordinates to the table property - changing how the property is displayed to use these coordinates - change the process of adding the property to allow the admin to change the position of the property (after entering the address) by dragging a pin on a Google Map. If the pin isn't moved, the coordinates are the ones returned by the Geocoding of the address, else it is the coordinates of the pin - change the change/update property to use the lat/long coordinates to display the property and allow to move the pin and save the info. I'm available to start the project right now, don't have any project, so I can dedicate all my time to this project. I don't have any problem with any of the terms of the project.
