Application for creating reports from Outlook Express

I need software that will be able to do few things: * Be linked with the certain folder in Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook and look for the certain word(s) in body of email software has to have counter for example: If there is five emails with body of email that has a words/string abc_1, abc_2, abc_3, abc_1, abc_2 on click or refresh software generates a chart or something like that which would have categories abc_1 - 2 times, abc_2 - 2 times, abc_3 - 1 time. each of the variables has unique value, for example $0.10.
