Apparently, I have to make this a featured project to post it. I appologize for the misunderstanding. We are a internet development, hosting, marketing and advertising company that helps customers get the best product and service. We believe strongly in the GetAFreelancer payment system and do not try to get around this. We are looking for programmers, data, webdesigners, call centers, accounting, advertising. If you have a skill we can use probably use you as long as the price is right and the service is excelent. We bid on projects around the world then outsource much of the work. We already have some very reliable company that we work with. We will continue to give these companies all of the work they can handle. But, we are expanding and continue to be involved in new projects and new and inovative ideas. Please indicate in your PM what your skills are and your availability to perform work, your normal hourly rate when applicable, we usually pay a percentage rather than hourly but some customers want an hourly rate. Please also indicate years of experience. If chosen as one or our venders you will have to allow us to show some of your work under our heading "View Some Our Completed Projects" or other wording. In other words the work will be yours but we will show case it as work performed by our programmers (in this case you or your company). We have to have permission to do this and will not accept any demonstrations of your work to have your advertising or links to you or your company. You will be prohibited from contacting our customers directly and will be paid through [login to view URL] using their escrow system. If the customer refuses to pay us you will not get paid. If you have received a an initial payment by us through [login to view URL] you will be able to keep this payment even if the customer does not pay us. If you do not perform well we will not use your services again. You will will be required to give us frequent updates of how the project is going. You will always be required to send an outline of your view of customer specifications. Initial specifications are not written in stone and customer can make changes until the end of the project expiration date. If the expiration date has to be extended due to your not completing the project you will be penalized for not completing the work on time at a resonable rate not to exceed 50% of your pay provided that the customer does not refuse to pay. If you agree to this please indicate that you agree to all of these terms in your PM to me. We will not acdept companies that do not agree with these policies. If you have samples of work you must indicate that you agree with our policy of demonstrating your work in our adds. Again it is important that you understand you will not be shown as the source of this work in our adds and efforts to get customers. We will show this work as our own. If a customer desires your type of work and indicates this specifically and we can agree on a price for you to perform the work then we will give you the work to do through our company.
