Amazon S3 Web Download Page

We are currently in the process of designing and developing an 'Online Backup Application' whereby users can backup their data to the Amazon S3 storage centre. The application currently allows the user to download their data from S3 via the program. We also need? a web-based code whereby a registered user can log into our website and download their content via this method as well. (This? would mean that the user will not necessarily need to be at the machine with the application installed to retrieve their data.) It is therefore important that if you do submit a bid, you are familiar with using the Amazon S3 platform and the way that it works.
