Blog Update and Makeover & Install LiveZilla chat on other site

I am looking for someone who can help me quickly and efficiently on two small projects that I have, These should be very simple for someone who knows what they are doing: (1) I would like to have my blog: <[login to view URL]> updated to the latest Word Press release and have all plugins updated (and new ones recomended by coder installed - SEO, Audio, Video etc..) I would also like the blog to have a quick makeover to look different (I will provide a blog URL I want the site to resemble on request. (2) I would like LiveZilla chat platform installed on my website: [[login to view URL]][1] and set up so that it is ready for me to have logged in for customers to chat to me, (files uploaded to server, pre chat installed and logos on all webpages etc...) For the right coder these will be the first of many small projects that I have come up from time to time. So the right coder with an intuative mind and good at also making suggestions to enhance my sites will be greatly appreciated.
