Build Website, Blog, CMS, Ecommerce Website highly optimized

I need someone to build a website pretty quick, that has a built in Content management system, has a blog included, and database that stores user and administration notes, and also takes payments. I want to add the text at a later date so it must have a great content management system. I would like for the CMS to be able to add pages, add links, and modify the site from the CMS. I have used joomla, Subdream CMS, droopal, etc. I really like Subdream CMS, but am open, In addition, I would like someone who is familiar with [login to view URL] If you are able to build this site succesfully in a week, we will go into contract via rentacoder, with a 100 additional sites. Once this site is built then I have reserved a 100 domain names in a variety of different business'es to be built, I have posted on rentacoder in the past for 17 sites, but I wasn't able to find a coder who was willing to just build the site, so we could have the correct template to build the rest of the sites. Hence I would like for this one to be built within 10 days, it needs to have all the functionality, and the text can come, but I would like the format and usability to be compeleted pretty fast. ## Deliverables I am attaching my requirement wish list for the site, please review before bidding and with your response to this post please include a price and a summary of the project. I will pick a programmer based on a site similar and the response that demonstrates you understand what I am asking of you. I would like for you to know you will be free to create the site closes to what I expect at your freedom.. Alot of input is not going to be provided, please take a look at the requirements and get it done. I will chose a programmer fast and pay faster once the site is up and functional.
