I need a clone of Zamzar.com. I will need a step by step instructions set on how to set it up on an EasyPHP server running off a personal computer or to set it up on a webserver. I require a full back-end administrative section where I can manage everything like Memberships, files and everything else. The site downloads the file from websites (or a persons computer) to their server, and then converts it on the server and mails a link to the user when the conversion is done. In the admin section I require there to be an option for personal use, where if selected, the site will act as if it were running off my computer (EasyPHP) and downloads the video from the site (or straight from my hard drive if I want it to) and converts it on my computer and just puts the file in a folder.
