Creation of quotation system from Scratch/Modification of Open source store to enable quotations

I need someone to create a quotation request system using my products list and have a very user friendly interface. ## Deliverables Customer View * The customer should be able to browse the products by category . * The customer should be able to search the products by the description, and be able to narrow down the list by size. * The customer should be able to add the products to a basket. * The customer should be able to "check out" with the basket, to do this, they should be able to create an account on the site with their details, when they check out, they will be notified by email and on screen of their quotation request. * The quotation will expire after 30 days of being on the site. * The customer will be informed by email when a quotation has been made. The customer will be able to view the quotation in their inbox or on the website. * If the customer finds the quote acceptable, they will be able to turn this into an order by adding a delivery address and an order number to the order. * The website will have the option of some customers being able to see the prices of products once logged in, this will mean they have the option to skip the quotation stage. Webmaster/staff view. * The products will be uploaded in a spreadsheet format to the website with the catalogue number, description and price. * To update the price of the products, they will be uploaded by spreadsheet indicating the catalogue number and the price. * The staff will be emailed once a new quotation is requested. * The staff will be able to log onto the site and fill in the prices for the relevant products to return the quotation to the customer. * The staff will be able to add/edit/delete products from a quotation request. * The staff will be able to add shipping costs to a quotation request. Essentially it will be an online catalogue for our products, there are around 10,000 products, the pictures are all arranged by catalogue numbers, these also reflect the categories. I will also be? remodelling the main website, I will expect you to install the new model into the quotation system as part of your quotation.
