Custom WordPress plugin

I need a custom WordPress plugin which will enable me to add a business directory to my blog. I know there are already a business directory plugin on wordpress but it cannot do what I need. I need something which will be able to add the entries in categories and also in different towns. ## Deliverables **Description** I need a custom wordpress plugin which I can use to create an online business directory. If you look at a web site like [[login to view URL]][1] you will see that there are different types of businesses listed under different towns. I want to do the same with this custom plugin. The data will be entered by myself and Authors to whom I granted access to the web site. I will as owner will have to approve and activate each listing. Where [[login to view URL]][1] is only for a small part of the country this new web site will cover the whole of South Africa. **Requirements** 1. The plugin must allow us to add various categories under various towns. Since all the business categories will not be present in all the towns it is important that we can add and remove business categories for each town (example. You wont’ have deep sea fishing tours in inland towns). If there is no business listed in a certain town the category must not show in that town. Only towns in which I have agents who place the ads will appear on the site. 2. I will assign each agent “author?? rights on the blog which will enable him to add new business listings. In order to control the quality of the content I must approve each listing myself, thus only the main login must have approve rights on these listings. 3. The idea is to have a unique section for each town. On this section we will add business details but I also want an area where the agent for that area will be able to make normal wordpress posts about news in his town. 4. If I can assign “author?? rights for an agent to be able to only post ads and posts in his allocated town it would be a huge bonus, but not a necessity. 5. The plugin must be easy to install like any other wordpress plugin.
