Customized wordpress theme

I want a wordpress theme similar to this: [login to view URL] I need someone who can get me this template, and modify it a little. I like the template as it is, but there are some small changes i want: - I would like to add an ad at the bottom of every post, adsense etc. This should be the same for all posts, but i don't want it to appear on the page displaying recent posts. - Page displaying recent posts, should display the first 150words of a post, this means the reader will have to click the actual post to view the rest. - The text displayed at the back will be removed of course. - I need a theme similar in colour (green/black) and also one where you use orange instead of green. The subscribe buttons in the orange theme should be green. - It is important that you look through the code and optimize it. I need this template SEO-friendly and as fast loading as possible.
