Automatic web site generator and content aggregator

I have a portfolio of domains for whom I developed a script that creates a one page site for each of them, showing the Google News results for a specific keyphrase. Now I need someone that can further develop the existing script or create a new one from scratch where given a number of internet domains and for each one a number of keyphrases, the script automatically creates a mini site for each domain, each site made of a number of pages (one for each keyphrase) populated with excerpts from Google News or articles from ezine directories or other content available for aggregation on the internet (this to be defined with the coder before starting development). Other features: the possibility to add static pages to specific mini sites, the use of multiple site themes (each one to be associated with a group of domains), the automatic creation of a sitemap for each site. Please note that while the concept is similar to auto blogging software and the various auto blogging plugins available for Wordpress, the sites created don't have to run on Wordpress or any other blog software, but will be regular html/php sites. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
