Hi, I have created 2 videos to explain what I want. [login to view URL] What I want is a simple "fill in the blanks" online or desktop tool. The video shows you exactly what I want. Basicly, I would be able to input my own text in a box, there will be about 8 boxes with different headings. After I have inputted into each box what i want I will have the option at the bottom of the form or program to save what i just inputted as an html file(i should be able to name it) or as an text file. On the application I would need to have the ability to link to a video/image/document and input an url where the particular file is located. The video will show you where this is needed. I will need all rights to this since I may sell it in the future. I am not sure if a desktop or online version would be easier. You can tell me what you think and justify your logic. 1. Please submit a proposal and what you will be creating for me, to rule out any misunderstanding. 2. Please be detailed oriented since only those applications would be considered. 3. PM with clarification if needed. 4. Give me a link to samples of your work so i know we are on the same page. Thanks Gerhard

Looks pretty simple. I can do it with HTML/PHP, only program logic included - site design will be minimum, but can use any template you want for it. Probably the video/image/document links can be inserted into dynamically made text boxes, so there initially will be only 1 visible box, and extend to any number you want, not just 3 or etc. Alternatively, I can do it as vb.net/c# desktop application.

$80.00 will get you a simple 1 page html form that allows users to input info. Info is then processed by PHP language and placed in a flat text file. I don't mind throwing in a admin program to retrieve the flat text file info. The html code will also provide links to various user specified files. URL's for those links will be supplied by client. This offer does not include the cost of hosting/ domain name registration services.
