Creloaded site move and customization

We want to move our site to [login to view URL] and is now running under Creloaded 6.1a somewhere else. we want 1. Move the site to Powweb and upgrade from 6.1a to 6.15 2. adding forum and gallary to creloaded and integrating the database to use the creloaded user database for all creloaded, forum & gallery applications. 3. adding cerberus help desk to the site. more info about cerberus go [login to view URL] 4. Adding a company home page with home, products, catalog, store(where we are running creloaded for) and contact me. However, bidder must be able to host a copy of the most current works on their server. bidder please install a copy of creloaded 6.15 on your server and PM me the URL w/ admin login/pass. bidder who doesn't proof of such skill will not be consider. Project budget is not yet set. we must first determine how many hours it takes. so, bid with the actual price. Aftersale care is needed. we think around $300 would be fine for this job.
