Aircraft continuing airworthiness management software

Hello, I'm looking to develop a software to mange the continuing airworthiness of aircrafts. it means that op basis of flight hours ( input form the customer using his computer, tablet or phone) the software can calculate the service life limit of other aircraft components and display a message when the component is reaching its life limit so that a work order can be generated and sent with the aircraft to the maintenance Organization which will perform the jobs contained in the work order created by me using . i have to be able to store the information in a server so that i can access the information of the part and serial numbers of all components to be able to propose to the customer replacement parts he will need in the short future. so it is a website where the customer can access from any location and input data and be also able to ask data, mange its aircraft. I can make a more detailed information in a later stage.
