We are starting a contact center with three agents where they will be calling and mostly it will be cold calls and sometimes in bound calls. We need a simple software that will run on top of the call center hardware and let agents do the work on the software only ... so is there anything available

Basically you need a software which can handle your dialling your calls flow i can help you with such a software in which outbound calls will automatically land to the agents with all the details as an inbound centre i can deliver in 2 days the software do discuss with me if you are interested we have previously provided many diallers to different centres
