Create Forum Site

This project should be a no brainer for someone who knows what they are going. I am re-posting this project because I had originally titled it a Social Community project. I am intereted in creating a form site called Welcome to the North Pole where moms and families can come to and enjoy the sprit of Christmas all year long. I eventually want the site to have almost all of the features of [login to view URL] I think a good starting comparision would be a site called [login to view URL] The site requirements are rather basic. I do want eith an advertising skyscraper on the right or space for banners. I will be creating ad copy for my various 3-6 christmas realted websites. I also want a rectangle thati s just above the forum that will basically be a BLOG. We will be updating tis daily in a story form about what is going on at the North Pole. The site needs to be viral in nature and as sticky as possible. We are hoping that this daily north pole update will keep people coming back. I have very limited budget but I will reward who ever works with us on this project with the project to bring the site up to [[login to view URL]][1] standards. Additionally I will reward you with the re-design of our current 3-6 christmas pruduct sites. I need this site to be fully functional with 14 days after your bid is accepted. I currenlty have the url and the server space. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
