We require a very basic stock control software which we can input our items, quantity in stock, stock location and item cost. We also want it to be able to generate a bar code for each product. So when items come in we enter the qty, and the barcodes are printed. Once the stock leaves we would like to scan the item and it should automatically deduct it from the quantity. We also want email notifications if stock falls below a certain level. Many Thanks & Happy Bidding

Hi there, I just didn't get this part: "Once the stock leaves we would like to scan the item and it should automatically deduct it from the quantity". Do you mean - by scanning the code, it should be able to deduce all the info about the product from the database? I do have more doubts, if you are interested. I am an expert in PHP/MySQL and can show you previous work that is similar. Thanks.
