Twitter to Facebook Page Poster Software

I need a windows based application that can do the following: - It can check every hour (or set period) for new tweets on a twitter account - It then takes this tweet and posts it to a facebook page through a facebook account. The software will allow you to connect to a twitter account and then connent to a facebook account. When you connect to the facebook account however it will prompt you to choose what page you would like to post the twitter account to as we have a facebook account that controls around 100 facebook pages and we only want one twitter account to post to each facebook page! It must be able to check multiple twitter accounts and post to a preset facebook page but only through one facebook account! Each twitter account will only post to one facebook page. We provide facebook and twitter management services for businesses and we used to link a clients twitter account to their facebook page so that when we update their twitter it also updates their facebook page. However this requires every single client to have their own facebook account and this is not practical. We need to link multiple twitter accoutns to different facebook pages and have them auto post content but through only 1 facebook account. This project requires knoledge of twitter API and facebook apps/development!
