We are a Payday Loan company and we require to build a platform to accept/ decline leads posted to us from Lead generator companies. We will be posted the leads in real time via SOAP xml format to our database. We need to set rules to accept the leads received to either accept or decline. We need to store the data in our database. We have a sample format to copy to help with the construction.
