Artifial Inteligent Email robot programme

Dear all respective programmer, i required an email robot application. this application can be developed in any language (preferably VC++) this programme should be Object oriented and icon based (professionally design interface?) what the programme should do: 1) it will collect all email address. this means that the software will check all the website that have put thier contact option in email. it will autmatically save the email capture into the email database. this will be save as the email addressbook. 2) capable to send unlimited email address with just one click button 3) built in template ( this template will be built in, and the user can add thier own logo / they own template later. ability to let user save their email setting they prefer template required are 100 at least 4) ability to add all banner on their own. 5) generate all email in a high quality template A)schedule email to be sent ( should able to schedule using date and time and which email should be send) should be able to add new email on queue (this is mainly for scheduling option) 6) provide all the email function application should have. 7) suppot HTML 8) directly edit the template in the email programe, like give shadow, 3d look, and all the function should email template / graphic option. 9) Create the font library (you dont have to create the font, just download all the free fonts, and make sure they can customize the font, size and color. this application should be tested and capable to capture all the email address in the internet. thats mean it will normally detect all the email address words. the bidder who will win this bid will get the full spec of requirement. thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
