Author needs help with web site

I'm an author who is about to self-publish his first book. I need help setting up certain functions on my web site. My web site is hosted at [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1.) I don't fill the orders for my book. The book is stored in the warehouse of an order fulfillment company in another state. They are the ones who actually handle the orders. My web site simply takes the buyer's name, address, credit card information, number of books ordered, etc.... I'm using PayPal Standard (not Pro) with a Buy Now button (not a shopping cart) to do this. I need someone to write a program that will take all that information and *automatically* send it to the fulfillment house in an ASCI II text file using commas as field delimiters. Please note that the credit card information does not need to be sent to the fulfillment company, so no encryption is necessary. The fulfillment company only needs to receive the customer's name, address, and the number of books ordered. I estimate that it should take 1-2 hours to write code for such a program. 2.) I'm going to use PayPal's Virtual Terminal to process orders from people who call with or fax their credit card information. (Virtual Terminal is a merchant account that allows me to manually enter credit card orders from people who don't use my web site.) The Virtual Terminal automatically generates an email to me that contains the buyer's name, address, credit card information, number of books ordered, and any other information they supplied. Similar to the project described above, I need someone to write a program that would take the information in that email (except for the credit card number) and automatically send it to my fulfillment house in an ASCI II text file. This should also be a 1-2 hour project. My budget is very limited, so I'm looking for someone who is affordable. I will have projects like this on an on-going basis, so I would like to establish a long-term relationship with someone. Also, the usual requirements apply: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I use Windows XP. I do not know the operating system of the fulfillment house, though I can certainly find out.
