Create searching software that can find every site that that has certain html code in it.. just check it out so i can explain..

Dont know if this is possible and it might be a bit hard to explain....but looking to find someone who can create a piece of software that allows you to punch in a piece of HTML code that is found in my webpage source but doesnt display on the main page....and hit go... it will then search through internet/google search engine or yahoo... or both.. and find every website or page that has that specific html code in its source.. the software will then list the site url LIke right now.. Search engines work on the basis that you can type phrase like " big hairy dogs" and they search and find every website or page that has the word "big hairy dogs" in it.. they then display these pages.. but i have not come across a search engine or piece of software that allows you to type in a specific piece of html code source and then .. will go and find everywhere in the search index where there are pages with that source code in it... think spider! to explain it a bit further picture this in your mind Imagine i had a webpage and when i viewed the source(html code) it had a unique piece of html code in it.. i.e mynumbertwosite unique id is 2318900 lets say i had 100 sites with that phrase above in it.. for example the software could once you typed in that phrase.. search the internet and find every page or every site that i had that in the source code.. So in essence what im looking for a piece of software that can find search the internet and find domains based on html code that is in the source but not seen when the page is viewed naturally... I hope this makes sense please msg me for more info or to clarify myself more.. im not sure what code this would be written in so im open to anything that works and does the job.. ## Deliverables 1)Create piece of software that searches the internet can be just google or both google and yahoo.. both preferred..for every occurence of a unique piece of html code in its pages 2) all copyright will belong to my company, you will not be able to sell, use, give, auction or in any way use it for yourself or others. 3) has to be done within a reasonable amount of time 4) payment is made when i see it works ## Platform needs to run on windows 98, me, xp possibly mac too..
