I have a client that asked us to create a relatively simple web site, however as this is a new business model, one not explored before in the area they live - now that they have sat down and really thought about it, its expanded massively and now requires far more thought and consideration as to how best it should work. I have spent 3 days with the client going through the mechanics of how it will work and I now need someone how has an excellent understanding of system architecture to put together each screen and to map out the structure of the database so that they client can sign it off.
We do not need the site build but we do want to get the complete architecture signed off before any other work is done.
You should be a guru in system architecture and be able to drill down from the notes and create visio files or similiar to demonstrate exactly how the content management tool will work.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional site maps accounting for every screen and action within the site.
2) Deliverables must be presented as a series of screens and maps to show the flow of how the system will work
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Preferably visio or some form of layout that the client can sign off and we can then move forwards with the sites creation.
