Creating Drupal based website based from flash website (1578719)

hi This project is to create a new create a Drupal website to be used for patient education. Most of the website will be showing visual and flash elements to help educate patients in treatment. The website was originally started in flash but the decision has been made to: -- Adopt the new design (see screenshot in attachment) --- Use Drupal for the content management -- Integrate the flash More detailed information is included in the attachment. Since the final specifications are not all provided please base your quote on 60 hours of work. This project is concentrating on incorporating the new design, navigation and other elements to prepare for launch ... The client has their own person that is capable of populating the the content.
