Article Directory Script & PHP

I need a knowledge base management script (article directory sript) for an article directory. I do not mind if you use an existing one or create a new one, but if you are using an existing one you should be able to customise it, especially on the front end, so you will need to be skillful in design also. I want: • Article directory script with statistics on page views etc.. • 3 Levels of hierarchy ( with ability to create more) • Level 1 (main page) needs a clickable flash image embedded, with click action to open new tab • Categories should have assigned images • Level 2 (category page) should be WSYWIG editable • Template editable, preferably with widgets ( like in wordpress) • Level 2 should display level 3 pages (articles) according to their sub category • On level 2 page, links to level 3 pages (articles) should have an accompanying image. See [login to view URL] for an example • Embedded rss aggregator displaying feeds from other sites according to keyword (both on level 2 and 3 pages) • On level 3 (article pages) A sidebar for related articles, automatically displaying other articles in the same sub category. • An image manually selected and uploaded by the author. These images need to be attributable to their source, so a field with anchor text is needed. • The option of embedding a youtube video, or not. When one is embedded it will automatically appear in the same place in the page template. When not selected there shouldn’t be an empty space. • Incorporate this tool into the article page template: [login to view URL] It automatically brings up amazon, clickbank and ebay affiliate products. • Youtube, photobucket feeds that display images and vids with pre defined keywords. The more stats for admin the better, the usual add,edit and delete accounts for admin. The usual control panel for authors. You will need to host this on your server until testing is completed. You should also have an open attitude about making tweaks here and there; i am not unreasonable, but i dont like it when i ask for 1 thing that will take only 5 mins and the freelancer complains that's not in the agreement. You must have extensive experience of working with article scripts for article directory sites. In your bid please provide a link to article directories you have worked on in the past. You also need to be good at front end design. Regardless of what article directory script you decide on to power the back end, the front end needs to look completely unique, customized and classy.
