Automated Client Statements

AUTOMATED CLIENT STATEMENT GENERATOR I am a financial advisor and I currently use Microsoft Excel to create monthly summary statements of clients' accounts. I manually input all the data, including period reporting, each account valuation, various indice returns, etc. An example statement is attached to this description. The statement includes monthly account valuations for the past 12 months and portfolio returns compared to various indices since inception. The scope of this project would be to automate, as much as possible, this task. I would prefer the programming be performed in VBA or Visual Basic. Currently, I access the account values of each account at [[login to view URL]][1] and then manually enter the data into the excel spreadsheet. If possible, the program should automate the process of opening up this website and pulling the account values from the website. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
